1. Program description
DreamLife LLC, doing business as DreamLife Treatment Center (“DreamLife”), uses text messaging to respond to inquiries and, when separately authorized, to send promotional or fundraising communications.
The messaging telephone number associated with this program is +1 443-737-7227. DreamLife may use additional properly registered numbers in the future.
2. How consent is obtained
SMS consent is collected through the LeadConnector chat widget on DreamLife’s website. Before submission, the widget displays the applicable business name, messaging disclosure, message-frequency notice, message-and-data-rate notice, and STOP/HELP instructions.
For a marketing or promotional messaging program, the widget also presents a dedicated marketing-consent checkbox. Marketing texts are sent only when the required marketing consent has been provided.
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of treatment, housing consideration, a scholarship decision, a donation, or any purchase.
3. Types of messages
Depending on the consent displayed in the widget and the messaging program you join, messages may include:
- Responses to questions about treatment, recovery housing, referrals, partnerships, scholarships, donations, or requested services.
- Follow-up questions, requested information, scheduling or coordination updates, and customer-care messages.
- When separate marketing consent is provided, promotional, fundraising, event, awareness, or mission-support messages.
DreamLife does not use the widget-first program for cold texting. A user initiates contact and provides consent through the website chat widget.
4. Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, conversation, and any messaging preferences you select. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
DreamLife does not charge a separate fee for text messages, but your wireless carrier may.
5. Opting out and getting help
- Reply STOP to cancel text messages from the applicable messaging program.
- Reply HELP for help.
- You may also contact DreamLife at [email protected] or +1 443-737-7227.
After an opt-out request, you may receive a final confirmation message. You will not receive further messages from that program unless you later provide valid consent again.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.
DreamLife does not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties. Limited sharing with service providers that support messaging and customer service is permitted only for those operational purposes.
7. Delivery, availability, and security
Text-message delivery is subject to network availability, carrier filtering, device settings, and other factors outside DreamLife’s control. Messages may be delayed or undelivered. Mobile carriers and messaging providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Ordinary SMS is not guaranteed to be secure. Do not send detailed medical history, insurance identifiers, government identification numbers, payment-card numbers, or other highly sensitive information by text. A DreamLife team member can direct you to an appropriate secure channel when needed.
The text line may not be monitored continuously and is not an emergency service. Call 911 for immediate danger. In the United States, call or text 988 for crisis support.
8. Eligibility and responsibility
You must be the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll a mobile number. You are responsible for notifying DreamLife if you change, transfer, or deactivate the number you enrolled.
9. Changes to these terms
DreamLife may update these SMS Terms by posting a revised version. Changes apply prospectively to the extent required by law. Continued participation after notice of an update constitutes acceptance where permitted.
