This policy explains how DreamLife LLC, doing business as DreamLife Treatment Center, collects, uses, protects, and shares information through its website and messaging services.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the DreamLife Treatment Center website, the LeadConnector chat widget installed on the website, text messaging associated with that widget, and related online interactions that link to this policy.

“DreamLife,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DreamLife LLC, doing business as DreamLife Treatment Center. Our principal business address is 3500 W Rogers Ave, Baltimore, Maryland 21215.

This policy does not replace any separate clinical privacy notice or Notice of Privacy Practices that may apply when you become a patient or client. When a separate notice applies to protected health information, that notice controls for the information it covers.

We may collect your name, email address, mobile telephone number, message content, communication preferences, and other information you choose to provide when you contact us.

Chat and text-message information

When you use the website chat widget, we may collect your mobile number, name if provided, the message you submit, consent records, timestamps, message delivery information, opt-out status, and subsequent conversation history.

Service, referral, partnership, and support inquiries

Depending on your request, you may provide information about treatment or housing needs, referral circumstances, an organization you represent, partnership interests, scholarship questions, or interest in supporting our nonprofit mission. Please provide only the information reasonably needed for us to respond.

Donation and payment information

If you make a donation or purchase through a linked service, the payment processor may collect payment-card and billing information under its own privacy policy. DreamLife may receive transaction details such as your name, contact information, amount, date, and status, but we do not intend to store complete payment-card numbers through this landing page.

Information collected automatically

Our website and service providers may automatically collect IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, cookie identifiers, and information about how you interact with the website.

3. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • Respond to inquiries about treatment, recovery housing, referrals, scholarships, partnerships, donations, and related services.
  • Provide customer care and the communications you request.
  • Coordinate follow-up, screening, scheduling, referrals, or other requested next steps.

4. Mobile information and SMS privacy

Mobile-information non-sharing commitment

DreamLife does not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that support messaging, telecommunications, customer service, security, and related operations. SMS opt-in data and consent are excluded from every other data-sharing category and are not shared with third parties.

We use mobile information to deliver and manage the text communications you request, maintain consent and opt-out records, respond to your questions, and support related customer-care activities.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not prevent you from contacting DreamLife by telephone, email, or another available method.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of treatment, housing consideration, a donation, or any purchase.

5. How we share information

We may share information only as reasonably necessary in the following circumstances:

Please do not send detailed clinical histories, government identification numbers, payment-card numbers, or similar sensitive information unless DreamLife directs you to an appropriate secure channel.

Submitting an inquiry does not establish a clinician-patient relationship and does not guarantee admission, housing, funding, treatment, or program eligibility.

8. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide requested services, maintain consent and opt-out records, comply with legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our operations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No website, mobile network, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Marketing messages: You may withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe or opt-out method included in the communication.
